GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are based on academic term times and usually run over a 5–8 week period. The hour long classes are run at Levels I, II and III. 

Level I

The fundamentals of Pilates are applied to basic exercises.

Level II

Level II builds on what was learnt in Level I by constantly challenging individuals to improve.

This is a maintenance level for most people.

Level III

The movement at this levels are strong and powerful. Stability ball work is incorporated into this class.

ONE-ON-ONE

One to One sessions run on a adhoc basis and are tailored to your specific needs. They are a mainly mat based and you will receive specific feedback, correction and exercises.

Clients have found One to One sessions useful to discuss and practice specific exercises which have been learnt in group classes, but they feel requires additional attention.

The online classes are hosted via ZOOM – a virtual class or conference room in the comfort of your own home. You will be able to join the classes using your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. To join the unique online classes, simply click the button below and drop us a message.
